30 Day Return Policy
Should a product not meet your high expectations: you may return or exchange your items! If you need to make a return or exchange, please call 866.566.7044 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org to receive return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Most products allow for a 30 day money back guarantee from time of purchase. No item is returnable after this period. Initial shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customer must pay for shipping of return or exchanged items back to our warehouse.
All merchandise must have original packaging and manuals, and must be in new condition. Failure to provide all material may cause for your return to be rejected and the product will be sent back to you, or be charged restocking fees. Clearly show RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Please include a copy of the invoice on the inside of the shipment. Shipping charges are non refundable. Credit will be issued within 2-3 business days after we receive and evaluate your return. Items without matching serial numbers or Stardom Corporate Communications date code stickers will not be accepted. If we can assist you in any way during this process: please call us!
